I Wish I Could Show You...

The more you read your bible, the deeper the relationship with God. The deeper the relationship with God, the more He shows up. God showed me hell once and He’s shown me heaven. He carried me away in a dream.

I wish I could show you hell. I wish I could show you the hell, that’s written about in the bible. If you knew this hell was real, it would frighten you immensely and you’d do what you need to do, for your own salvation.

I wish I could show you the hell of the bible; let you feel for yourself the filth and grime as you ingest the dreadful stench of sulphur. The acrid tang of ash and decaying flesh, burning and stinging your eyes. I wish you could hear for yourself the screams of agony and pain, as flesh burns from bones, regrows and burns again. The unbearable heat and dryness, that parches the throat and not a drop of water to quench the thirst. I wish you could feel the loneliness and isolation. I think if you just realise what a dreadful place hell is, you might consider your salvation more deeply.

The fire that melts the skin and chars the bones, the screams of agony from those knowing this hell is never going to end, for once in hell, there is no escape. None, for all eternity. The hatred of everyone who’s there, the loneliness, the depression, the lack, the depravity, for all of eternity.

And that smell, that most dreadful reek of death and decay!

I wish I could show you heaven. The vibrant colours, the crystal-clear streams of plentiful water, green rolling hills, white snow-capped mountains, roads paved with gold, surrounded by those we love and who’ve gone before us. Angelic beings, riding horses and chariots. Precious Jesus, with compassion in His eyes and God Himself, carrying all the love on His shoulders. The sweet smell of a summer’s day, blue sky, fluffy white clouds. I wish I could show you the peace of that place. Show you the joy, the beauty, the abundance, the love, the laughter, the singing and dancing. And the contrast between those two different worlds.

The contrast is the difference between night and day, dark and light, beauty and ashes, joy and sorrow. The contrast is worlds apart.

I wish I could get you to take me seriously. I wish you would believe in the bible. I wish I could cause you to turn and to trust in the Lord as I do.

It’s a simple step, to partake of your own salvation. Just a simple prayer: Lord Jesus, I believe You died for me and Your sacrifice paid for my sins, putting an end to my separation with God. Thank You for Your free gift of salvation and eternal life. Today I ask You to forgive my sins. I accept You and ask for You to help me to follow You. Amen.

Imprisoned, Shackled and Oppressed

Imprisoned, shackled, oppressed, within the walls of a gaol of your own making.

Why are you here? What are you here for?

We are all on this Earth for a reason. We are all here to overcome that which holds us back.

I’m here to bring a rainbow of light and colour, into the dark clouds of someone else’s imprisonment.

I’m here to bring you a hope: to set you free from a poverty mentality; poverty of fear, poverty in relationships, health, finances and spirituality.

You’re here to learn, to grow and to help another to learn and to grow.

If right now, you’re in a place of hardship and difficulty, look and see how others overcame their battles. Do what they did and you too shall overcome your battle.

Find a mentor. Follow a mentor. It doesn’t matter if you know them or not. Find someone who’s done it and won it and then you do it and you win it.

No longer imprisoned, shackled and oppressed, but a victor at this point of time and existence.

Learn, so you can pay it forward to future generations. Teach it to your children. Teach it to all who will listen and make the world a better place.

Leave your mark. Make it positive, not negative. Give love to everyone. No judgements. Be who you are and let them be who they are.

The world truly is a wonderful place.
