Look At Me!

Look at Me!

I Am Not A Robot.

Who can see me?

I might be old, I might be overweight, I might be too skinny, I might be young and noisy. I might have worn clothing and a defeated look. I might carry scars, seen and unseen, or even too many tattoos and piercings, which scare some. I might be of a different colour to you, or look different to you in some way, but I am someone. And I am ignored.

Who sees me?

Youthful beauty is only skin deep. Once our youth and beauty diminish, we become invisible. At least that’s what it feels like to some.

Beauty is seen. Beauty opens doors. Beauty is worshipped. Are all the rest of us forgotten? As our youthful beauty fades, we need to look at beauty in a different light and see the beauty of a smile, of gentleness in an aged face, the sprightly twinkle in the eye.

So many lonely people in the world today. Please remember the lonely need love too. A hand to hold. A gentle word, a hug and a kiss.

Speak kindly and share a smile. Tell someone they look attractive, even dapper, today. Take a posy of flowers from your garden and give them to your neighbour, who’s just lost their partner. Buy a meal for the homeless person, standing on the corner. Tell that obnoxious young rebel; Jesus loves him/her, just the way they are. Watch the smiles you get in return, for they are priceless.

Who can see me? Show the world – you can see me. Show the world - you care enough. Be that light in someone else’s life. The blessings which return to you, far outweigh the cost. For you see: it’s a double-edged sword. When you give, you get back in return.

See me, I beseech you. See me, where other’s might not. See me, because the Lord says: I am worthy.

Life Gives and Life Takes.

Life gives and life takes.

We have moments of victory and moments failure,

Moments of laughter and moments of tears.

People remember the one wrong moment,

Though right moments stockpile over the years.

Don’t focus on that one wrong moment,

But savour the moments ‘right’ appears.

Because sometimes life gives and sometimes life takes,

Life’s moments are precious, whatever life makes.

For when making a life in which we create,

We become more what we wish to replicate.

Our children grow and imitate,

And you can be sure they’ll duplicate.

Life goes on and it gives and it takes,

Be sure to let go all past mistakes.

Learn from them, do, but dwell on them not,

For life’s mistakes are not our lot.

Mistakes not forgot will cause us to frown,

And that’s not what we want, to be brought down.

So cheer up my friend and wear a smile,

Make everyone happy all the while.

As life gives and life takes and we all celebrate,

Let’s love our life and make it great.

Eliminate bullying, using this simple method.

Eliminate bullying, using this simple method.

Any time a bully verbally attacks you, agree with them, even if what they’re saying isn’t true. Bullies are mean. They say and do things that aren’t nice and certainly aren’t true. Bullies are unkind, insensitive and cruel. We, however, are all beautiful people, made in the image of God. (Genesis 1:27; So God created man in His own image…) We deserve to feel safe whether at home, or at school.

Here’s a simple method to use, when someone says something that causes you to feel inferior, less than, unwanted, or unloved…

Let’s say, for example, someone tells you your hair is awful. It doesn’t matter whether it’s true or not. Just agree with the person and reply; “I know it is. It always looks so messy.” Say it even if you don’t agree. It throws the bully off track, disarming him/her. Then turn the tables and make them feel good. You could say; “You’ve got beautiful hair. I wish I had hair like yours.” Bullies don’t know what to do with this. They don’t know where to go when you agree with them.

A bully might then counter attack with another negative. Bullies often come back a second or third time, but seldom a forth. So, if the bully starts on another area and says something like, “I hate what you’re wearing.” You could reply with, “I know. I’ve got terrible dress sense. You always wear lovely clothing. I wish I had your sense of style.”

It might be your body shape they pick on: too fat, too thin, too tall, to short. Your face is ugly, you have pimples, big feet, a big nose. Whatever it is, just agree with them, turn the tables and they’ll soon run out of things to say and leave you alone.

If you react, or become upset, this fuels the bully to add more flames to the fire. Be pleasant, agree with the bully and turn the tables.

Your agreeing with the bully is only for counter attack. Don’t ever let someone cause you to believe in the horrible, negative things a bully says. In the bible, Psalms 139:14 states; “I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”

No matter who you are, no matter what people say, God’s word is truth. You are created in God’s own image and are fearfully and wonderfully made! And don’t let anyone convince you otherwise.

What is Christmas?

What is Christmas?

Christmas is a statement of the God who gives richly. It’s a celebration of feasting and giving and joy. The Christmas tree is a symbol of everlasting life, after Jesus’ death on the cross of the timber of a tree; a symbol of forgiveness and hope eternal.

The decorations of the tree reflect splendour, kindness and beauty, and the lights of the tree represent His light, as we celebrate the One who is ‘the light of the world.’

The Christmas feast; a time to eat and drink, to celebrate before the Lord. There’s a wonder and fullness to the celebration of Christmas. Laughter comes, as does love, giving and receiving, but to some also comes a sadness, as lost loved ones are remembered by their absence: an empty seat under the table.

Reach out to those in need at Christmas. Remember the Lord and all He has done for you. If you’re lucky enough to be blessed at this time, cast your thoughts to those who find this time of year difficult. Include others in this wonderful time of celebration: those who aren’t feeling so blessed, those who can’t afford the finer things of life, those who are lonely, broken and broken hearted.

The above photo is of our beautiful man, Kai, who isn’t with us this Christmas. He is not forgotten. Our loved ones are never forgotten, whether two legged, or four. Take time for reflection, during this celebration season. It’s important to remember those we love. It’s important to remember the sacrifice Jesus made, so we can celebrate Christmas with joy and thanksgiving.

Share this wonderful celebration and show the world – God is a good, good Father.

When Fear Grips.

                      When fear grips.

How do we get through those tough times, when fear takes a hold, when anxiety awakens us in the middle of many a sleepless night? When the fear is so real, you can taste it? When fear grips at your heart, until you think you can’t endure? How do you handle it?

Apart from the fear of the Lord and fear of sin, all fears are from Satan. Satan sends fear to confuse and weaken us, to cause anxiety so deep, we think we will collapse under it.

The acronym for fear is; False Evidence Appearing Real. And fear does feel very real. Satan doesn’t have a lot of tools in his armoury and tends to use the same ones, over and over. He loves to bring you into fear, to cause you to turn back, rather than courageously march forward.

The Israelites of the bible said to Moses, as he was leading them to the promised land; …have you taken us away to die in the wilderness? (Exodus 14:11)

…for it would have been better for us to serve the Egyptians than that we should die in the wilderness. (Ex 14:12)

Fear had taken hold. The Israelites had forgotten how dreadful their life was, before they left Egypt. They wanted to turn back, rather than march forward.

Sometimes God brings terror to the land and the people, as in Ezekiel 32:32 For I have caused my terror in the land of the living. Some fears are from God and we need to know the difference between what God brings upon the people and what the devil brings.

The key to having victory over fear is to hand all your cares to God. Instead of allowing your fears to take root and grow, paralyzing your attempts at life, identify and confront those fears. Prayerfully go to God with the confidence that He will handle the situation for you.

1 Peter 5:7 states; casting all your cares upon Him, for He cares about you.

Trust God. Reject all fear, as soon as it arises. …be vigilant: because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. (1 Peter 5:8)

These are not just words on a page, but words from the living God, written in all truth, written to guide and protect you from the ways of the evil one. The Lord gave us His word on fear in Psalm 91: He is my refuge and my fortress…He will deliver you from the snare of the fowler (the evil one)...with long life I will satisfy you.

If we faithfully follow God and His word, we shall overcome our fears and march forward into our destiny, our place of victory. Fear isn’t the last word, God is.

Sometimes we just gotta do the hard stuff.

Sometimes we just gotta do the hard stuff.

The permanent, eternal part of you is Spirit (conscience).  The earthly part is soul and the soul is all about feelings. Feeling comfort, feeling peace, feeling fed. The soul is never satisfied and always wants more. More money, grander homes, bigger mountains to climb. The eternal part of you doesn’t need that. Spirit is about love, peace and joy. This is God’s will for all people.

There’s always a remnant, someone who carries the torch to the next generation.

We hire people to serve and protect, not to tell us what to believe, or where we can go.

There is a small sum of influencers, who are given the responsibility of ruling the people. This small group at times, run in the wrong direction and it’s during these times the majority don’t agree, but the minority are running the show.

Read the history for yourself and see how this plan is repeated throughout the centuries. Black segregation, Jews of the holocaust, the Berlin wall. None of this happened at once. It was a gradual input from the ruling people, into the minds of the common people, until the people could no longer tell right from wrong.

We’re now being told what we should see and hear, where we can go and who can go, who has to stay home. You have to step out of the soul realm. You need to be guided by Spirit (conscience).

With years of seduction to perusing wealth, you compromise what you feel led to do. We’re so afraid of loss; loss of our job, loss of our home, loss of our status, that we’re willing to relinquish our rights, rather than lose what we’ve worked for and look a failure to the outside world. We compromise our integrity and our Spirit, our meter to truth, right and wrong.

Lawlessness will overtake, when the Spirit is removed. Don’t be deceived: this is a battle of good and evil. The soul is selfish. When you walk in Spirit, you walk in love. When you walk in soul, it’s all selfishness. It's all about what’s in it for me, what I can get, rather than give any thought to your neighbour. And the domino effect is set into motion.

Hatred turns into violence and subtly, little by little, we’re taken to the point of segregation, to the point of calling right wrong and wrong right. And we end up with another holocaust. Think this couldn’t happen? The Germans were so programmed, little by little over time, that they had no compulsions in snitching on their neighbours. Do you see where this is taking you?

The Berlin Wall, the Holocaust, the segregation of race, religion, gender, all starts with the minority in power and the people listen and follow. Remember the sheep know the Shepherd’s voice, but there are fox’s in sheep’s clothing, mingling amongst the flock. Be mindful who you follow.

Evil is powerless, when the good are unafraid. When left unattended, the light of freedom will be extinguished. We all need to stand, whatever the cost, against the evil regime. Do the hard stuff, come together, become the remnant carrying the truth. The people are begging for release from the tyranny and it’s going to take all of us standing together in unity.

This isn’t about a little hiccup. This is about control. Have your cake, if you wish. Don’t have your cake, if you don’t want it (if you get my drift). Either way, it doesn’t matter. What matters is that we stand together, not in separation, nor segregation, but stand together despite our differences. Rise up and be counted: together!

Finally, all of you be of one mind, having compassion for one another; love as brothers, be tender-hearted, be courteous…1 Peter 3:8 (biblical excerpt from NKJV 1982).

You May Not Agree, But Let's Agree To Disagree.

You May Not Agree, But Let’s Agree To Disagree.

Australia’s national statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research, confirms no person should be subject to coercion, or pressure in deciding whether to participate in clinical trials. It is important that one never feels forced to take part in a trial.

The Australian Human Right Commission Act 1986 article 7…no one shall be subjected without his/her free consent to medical or scientific experimentation.

The declaration of Helsinki 1964 by the World Medical Association is a statement of ethical principles for medical research involving humans. Under the heading “Informed Consent” it acknowledges; “participation by individuals capable of giving informed consent, as subjects in medical research, must be voluntary”.

Article 23 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights affirm the right of people to work and not be forced to choose between the ability to work and the right not to be subject to cruel treatment. Those who choose not to have vaccine, see mandated vaccine for an experimental trial against the choice to work, as cruel and unjust.

Article 7 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, a treaty signed by 173 nations states; no cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment or punishment. (Degrading and punishing being unable to work and provide for family.)

To force a vegan to eat meat, for some would amount to torture, as is forcing vaccination on some, seen as torture. Both would violate their human rights.

The Nuremberg code of 1947...

Free power of choice without force, fraud, duress, constraint, coercion. Experimental subject of the trial should be made known. It should be conducted, so as to avoid unnecessary physical and mental suffering.

Scientists in charge must terminate the experiment, if it’s believed the experiment to be risky, or to result in injury or death. Have you seen the clips on people who’ve had adverse reactions? Why have they not terminated this experiment?

The Nuremberg code serves as a blueprint, ensuring the rights of subjects and the necessity of protecting people. It includes the consent of the people and the right to withdraw from the experiment at any time.

The Hippocratic oath to at least do no harm and its expanded ethics to protect the rights of the people, is a joke when you consider: No jab, no job. This makes a mockery of the Hippocratic oath and it’s “do no harm”, as the choice between coercion and pressure to take the jab, or be unable to afford to feed and house your family means there are no rights for the people here.

The Ezekiel declaration which states avoidance of segregation, as well as opposition to vaccine passports, where Christians feel the demands being made upon them, are demands that are objectionable to conscience. Conscience, one part of the backbone of Christianity.

Then there’s the government’s own Doherty report, which states that giving the vaccine to children between the ages of 12-15 causes minimal impact to the outcome of the trials. Why then are we subjecting our children to these trials? And yet we are being forced to vaccinate our children, when we don’t know the long-term effects, just so they can participate in school and sport, which is a right, in a free and democratic country.

The acceptance from Pfizer, of the vaccine for 2-year-old children, is abhorrent to many. With barely any testing, how can this be acceptable?

The same people, who are giving the vaccine away at the moment, will in in the future be charging for said vaccine. The same people who want you to have a double vaccine, are already pushing for the third vaccine. The same people who are making the vaccine, are also making the rapid antigen test kits (RAT) and they will also come at a cost – to the worker.

If the flu vaccine is $45 per person (which it normally is) and you only need it once a year, imagine a vaccine every six months, plus the cost of the RAT. By the way, you can’t find the price of the rat online, although I did hear on a television program the cost could be $70. What if you need to use your kit more than once? Now you’re paying $45 x 2 (twice yearly vaccination) plus $70 (and maybe another $70 for a second kit to keep on hand - let's hope you don't need a third - not to mention double income families with children, who are already struggling with the cost of living. Now those costs are getting quite expensive).

At the end of the day “big pharma” will be bringing in a lot of revenue on this.

For those who choose to have the vaccine, that’s great. There should not be an ‘us and them’ mentality. If you want the vaccine, have it. If you don’t want the vaccine, don’t have it. The choice should be ours to make, not forced upon us by the government we’ve elected.

This isn't about the vaccine. It's about our right to choose.

*Yes, the above photo is of a pen, not a syringe. I don’t have any stringes, or needles that would fit a syringe. As this snippet of writing was penned (excuse the pun) by me, I thought a pen would do for the pic.

Doing it badly...

Doing it badly, is better than not doing it at all and spending your time decaying away in front of the telly. I used to take dreadful photographs, but with practice, I’ve become a much better photographer and I can honestly say I enjoy the photos I take now.

I thought all I needed was a good camera, to take a good photo. How wrong I was. I got myself that “good camera” and my photos were still really bad. It was then I realized: it’s not what’s in front of the lens, but who’s behind the lens, which makes a good picture.

Once I realized it was me, I had to make the decision to learn, if I wanted good photos. You too, need to make a decision to work towards what you’d like to see happen in your life. What would you like to achieve? Work towards it, until you get it right.

When you first learned to walk you fell often, but you didn’t quit and eventually you became an expert at walking. It was the same with driving a car. You had to practice, until it became second nature and you became good at it. Life is like that. You start your new venture badly, keep going, get better, keep going some more, until you become expert at it.

It doesn’t matter that you start badly. It matters that you keep trying, keep going. Work out what’s not producing the results you’re after and you do this by either reading (or you tube) how others did it, how others overcame their issue, or by trial and error. Wouldn’t you rather learn by another’s failure than create your own?

Even then, there’s no guarantee failure won’t visit you, but you will have a greater understanding; failure is the process you take and the progress you make, on the way to success. By reading what others have done you can avoid many of the pitfall’s others fell into and you’ll have less, if not none, of those pitfall’s and failures yourself. Not only that, have you thought: You might just succeed? What then?

Do what’s meaningful, not what’s expedient. And that’s hard to do. Doing the meaningful takes effort. With effort comes more responsibility. Be responsible.  Once you do, you will find the success you’ve been looking for and you can be proud of your efforts.

You're Never Too Old To Create A New Path.

You’re never too old, to create a new path for your life.

If life isn’t going the way you want:

Remember things change and nothing stays the same forever. In the meantime, find one thing you can do and work at it, build on it and one day your hobby becomes your future income. This is exciting news, if you’re one of the many, who hate their job.

If you feel trapped and you feel like this is your future, that there’s no hope, know that it’s not true. If you want to set out on a new path and you have an idea – feed that idea, water it, make it happen and watch it grow.

We all have different interests and skills. If you don’t know what they are, search for them.  Find what you’d love to do and work out how to be the best at it.

The more responsibilities you have, the more limited your time will be.  Financial obligations mean you may have to keep working, leaving you able to only snatch moments to work on increasing skills, but snatch those moments when you can.

Lighten your debt burden. Study wealth creation, while at the same time reducing your debt and one day, you’ll be debt free and have the knowledge and the money to invest in where and what you want.

Do it like your life depends on it, because it does. You don’t want to spend all your working life in a job you hate. Be caffeinated and motivated. Be disciplined and go for what you want.

Learn, fail, learn more. Failure is good for growth. If you never fail, you’re not trying. Failure isn’t proof that you suck, but an opportunity to do better.

Victory is the greatest feeling, but often we go through failure, before we become victorious. There’s a progression that others don’t see, but it does take place. There’s a starting point, a working towards, a pursuing, (hopefully with passion) and in time, you get better, until you “get there.”

Although life is temporary, one day, God willing, you will be old. Do you want to be where you are, until you’re old and you die? Get your fun out, get your life out, get excited, get up and get it done, with the understanding that you don’t have to stay in the rut you’ve created.

Search out happy, inspirational people and you’ll be inspired. Be happy while you work towards what you love. Love people and strive to make their day the best day they can have. Extend a warm smile, a kind word and a helping hand. If you’re surrounded by happy people, you’ll be a happier person. I know you’ve heard it before but, treat people the way you’d like to be treated.

Get onto a healthy routine. You know you should. Do all the ‘stuff’ you know you should be doing. Make an effort and stop making excuses. Eat healthy, reduce stress, reduce debt, meditate, get enough sleep, work out, study what you love.

Learn investing. Believe it or not, it doesn’t take a lot of money to invest. To reap a harvest, you have to plant the seed. You don’t need a lot of seed to start. You don’t need a lot of money to start, you just need to start. And once you build wealth, you can teach others how to build wealth. Wealth is good for everybody.

Don’t believe the lie that money doesn’t buy happiness. Imagine how happy you can make someone if you can pay their debts, buy them a car, or a home. When you see their happiness, it will produce happiness in you.

Decide not to be a loser anymore (not saying you are, but we all know, we can all do better). Work at something, so your kids can be proud of you. If anyone else can do it, know that you can do it too.

Write your own movie, with you playing the lead role of the hero. What do you need to do, to be that hero? Don’t sit around spiralling in negativity, complaining and doing nothing about it. Go out and fix what isn’t working in your life.

I wasn’t always confident. I wasn’t always happy. I was broke. I was suicidal. My health was poor. I didn’t know what to do, or how to do it, but I’ve since done it and I’m telling you, not only that it can be done and that you can do it, but also how to do it.

How to do it is really quite simple: Form a plan, be disciplined, show up every day, do the work and you will get there. And don’t think for a minute, because you’re more mature, it’s too late. It’s never too late. Make an effort, not an excuse and watch your life change.

Is this the beginning of the end?

There is no sitting on the sidelines....

Corona means crown in Spanish. In Spain it's known as coronita, or little crown. What's a little crown, if not a prince? (Satan - the prince of this world - perhaps?)

Incidentally the Corona brand of beer has a "crown" logo on its lable. Corona beer has been advertised as representing relaxation in paradise. Although not related to the beer in any way, Covid19 is called Coronavirus, because of it's crown like shape.

Corona beer originated from Mexico and has been in production for around 90 years. It began exportation in the mid 70's, during a lengthy time of peace in the western world.

Could we be living with a false sense of security in this day and age, trusting the government and pharmaceutical industry to deliver us, rather than relying on God and His written Word? Have you read the Psalm of Deliverance?

Psalm 91 is not only called the Psalm of Deliverance, it is also known as the soldiers psalm (as many soldiers recited it), and the Protection Prayer. Psalm 91 was read in Canberra, at the 2016 National Day of Prayer.

Three times Psalm 91 makes mention of a deadly pestilence: He will deliver you from the deadly pestilence, I will not fear the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, no plague will come near your tent.

The number three in the bible represents God's presence, harmony and eternal life.  There are many other significant events related to the number three, in the bible.

The psalm ends by saying; ...and give you a long, victorious and satisfying life.

As we move closer to what's known as the biblical end times, we come to Revelation in the bible and that of the four coloured horses, the first being a white horse.

The white horse in revelation starts out looking like it's delivering peace (as we live with our false sense of security), however the rider is given authority to smite with sword, famine and pestilence. The rider is wearing a crown and carries a bow (with no mention of arrows).

The crown is given by God, as authority to conquer. The bow is suggestive of a counterfeit truth. No mention of arrows is symbolic of a poisonous dart (injection?).

A poisonous, or fiery dart, is used in spiritual warfare. A powerful metaphor of tactics used by Satan, even to this very day.

The white horse is deceptive; appearing as glorious and noble, but comes with the intent to kill and destroy.

Some think the rider on the white horse of Revelation is Jesus, but Jesus is seen opening the seven seals of the scroll (the only one worthy of doing so), not riding the white horse.

Pestilence is understood in the bible, not as a punishment but as a consequence of disobedience, which results in a loss of God's protection.

In biblical times, the most practical solution to disease, was social isolation - perhaps one of the things we're getting right, in all of this.

The white horse is symbolic of the beginnings of the end times, or labour pains, before a birth.

One final point: Corona's crown logo is representative of the crown that adorns the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Our Lady is alleged to have ended a deadly epidemic in Mexico City in 1736  -  37.

No longer can we sit on the sidelines. Every one of us has a choice to make and we base our decisions on the knowledge we have. You may not agree with this article. I'm not trying to force any opinion upon you. The choice is yours to make, but it does give you something to ponder upon.

I Wish I Could Show You...

The more you read your bible, the deeper the relationship with God. The deeper the relationship with God, the more He shows up. God showed me hell once and He’s shown me heaven. He carried me away in a dream.

I wish I could show you hell. I wish I could show you the hell, that’s written about in the bible. If you knew this hell was real, it would frighten you immensely and you’d do what you need to do, for your own salvation.

I wish I could show you the hell of the bible; let you feel for yourself the filth and grime as you ingest the dreadful stench of sulphur. The acrid tang of ash and decaying flesh, burning and stinging your eyes. I wish you could hear for yourself the screams of agony and pain, as flesh burns from bones, regrows and burns again. The unbearable heat and dryness, that parches the throat and not a drop of water to quench the thirst. I wish you could feel the loneliness and isolation. I think if you just realise what a dreadful place hell is, you might consider your salvation more deeply.

The fire that melts the skin and chars the bones, the screams of agony from those knowing this hell is never going to end, for once in hell, there is no escape. None, for all eternity. The hatred of everyone who’s there, the loneliness, the depression, the lack, the depravity, for all of eternity.

And that smell, that most dreadful reek of death and decay!

I wish I could show you heaven. The vibrant colours, the crystal-clear streams of plentiful water, green rolling hills, white snow-capped mountains, roads paved with gold, surrounded by those we love and who’ve gone before us. Angelic beings, riding horses and chariots. Precious Jesus, with compassion in His eyes and God Himself, carrying all the love on His shoulders. The sweet smell of a summer’s day, blue sky, fluffy white clouds. I wish I could show you the peace of that place. Show you the joy, the beauty, the abundance, the love, the laughter, the singing and dancing. And the contrast between those two different worlds.

The contrast is the difference between night and day, dark and light, beauty and ashes, joy and sorrow. The contrast is worlds apart.

I wish I could get you to take me seriously. I wish you would believe in the bible. I wish I could cause you to turn and to trust in the Lord as I do.

It’s a simple step, to partake of your own salvation. Just a simple prayer: Lord Jesus, I believe You died for me and Your sacrifice paid for my sins, putting an end to my separation with God. Thank You for Your free gift of salvation and eternal life. Today I ask You to forgive my sins. I accept You and ask for You to help me to follow You. Amen.

Imprisoned, Shackled and Oppressed

Imprisoned, shackled, oppressed, within the walls of a gaol of your own making.

Why are you here? What are you here for?

We are all on this Earth for a reason. We are all here to overcome that which holds us back.

I’m here to bring a rainbow of light and colour, into the dark clouds of someone else’s imprisonment.

I’m here to bring you a hope: to set you free from a poverty mentality; poverty of fear, poverty in relationships, health, finances and spirituality.

You’re here to learn, to grow and to help another to learn and to grow.

If right now, you’re in a place of hardship and difficulty, look and see how others overcame their battles. Do what they did and you too shall overcome your battle.

Find a mentor. Follow a mentor. It doesn’t matter if you know them or not. Find someone who’s done it and won it and then you do it and you win it.

No longer imprisoned, shackled and oppressed, but a victor at this point of time and existence.

Learn, so you can pay it forward to future generations. Teach it to your children. Teach it to all who will listen and make the world a better place.

Leave your mark. Make it positive, not negative. Give love to everyone. No judgements. Be who you are and let them be who they are.

The world truly is a wonderful place.

Brainstorm Your Way To Success.

Brainstorm your way to success.

To brainstorm, is to come up with new and inventive ideas, to the issues which crop up in life. New inventions are often thought up, during brainstorming sessions and it’s good to have other people sit at the table, throwing in their ideas.

No idea is a bad idea. Just let the ideas flow and choose the one that’s the best fit, for the concern you’re trying to deal with. If you feel you don’t have time for a brainstorming session, snatch the time when you’re engaged in other activities, which don’t require a lot of thought, such as in the shower, or walking the dog.

Sometimes we can have a boring job, one that’s done automatically and by rote. While at this boring and mundane job, perhaps we could try using our time to brainstorm ideas, for wealth creation, healthier living, improved relationships, new and better positions in life, coming up with new and exciting ideas.

Mostly our life comes down to 7 areas. I like to call these the “7 F’s.” Faith, family, fitness, finances, friends, fun and function (employment). Each of these areas can all be improved upon and some need more work than others. Some need way more work and each area is at a different level, for different people.

If your job is pretty mundane and mindless; i.e., doesn’t take a lot thought to do, make use of your mind. If you work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, that’s 40 hours of automatic action. That’s 40 hours every week, you could be using the mind more effectively, to think up new ways to improve your life.

Some jobs require using the mind a lot; accountants, lawyers, areas of interaction with others and the like. There are jobs though, like dishwashing, or lawnmowing, which don’t take a lot of thought. You can put this kind of job to best use, by making best use of this time, while you’re at it.

Let’s face it, we all have areas in life we could improve upon. If we begin to make the best use of our time, when the mind isn’t engaged in other activities, our life can be improved enormously. To do this, we need to be asking the right questions.

It’s no use worrying about why we don’t have any money. Instead, ask yourself how can you get more money. Or, what can I do today, to improve my relationship with … (insert the name of someone you’d like to get on with better)?

Perhaps it’s another issue in life, that you have. Ask yourself the right question and expect your mind to bring forth the answer, because it will, if you ponder the question long enough.

Did you know if you spend only 15 minutes once a week studying wealth creation, in a year, you’ll have more knowledge than most people on the planet about the topic? That’s because hardly anyone does it.

Most people complain about not having enough money, but hardly anyone studies why. It’s the same for most other avenues in life: building a business, maintaining relationships, having good health. If you spend just 15 minutes a day you can become an expert in any field, in no time.

Perhaps instead of lamenting the status quo, we could try changing the question and educating ourselves on the topic, so we can find the right answer and overcome the issue we’re facing.

Put a spotlight on the problem and laser focus on the issue, drawing out all the colours, until you have the big picture in mind and come up with the answer.

I believe earth is the learning school of life and we are meant to be overcomers; in whatever area we find ourselves lacking. Once you know your area of weakness, find a way to strengthen yourself. Learn how to overcome and then be the best version of yourself, that you can be.

55 Tips To Saving Money

               55 tips to saving money.

Let’s face it – we could all use a little extra money. It doesn’t seem to matter how much we earn, there’s always one more thing we’d like to buy.

If you want to save money, there’s no getting around it – you have to put in the effort. The good news is, it’s not a lot of effort. It’s just knowing what to do and when to do it.

Some of the below tips are obvious. Some you may have heard of before. Some might be just what you need to hear and some you may never have known about. But one thing’s for sure, you will learn something, by reading through these 55 tips to saving money.

I realize we’re all busy people and this is quite a long article, so I’m going to cut out all the waffle and get to the point, because this is, after all, why you’ve clicked onto this particular piece of writing. So, let’s get into it.

55 tips to saving money:

1. There’s something to be said for “an apple a day, keeps the doctor away.” If we eat healthily and exercise, most of us will spend less time and money, visiting the doctor and on the doctor’s prescriptions which follow. The benefits of healthy eating and exercise, are well known to all these days.

2. When buying clothing, wait until end of season sales, as well as end of financial year, and new year sales.

3. Another great area, is buying during ‘Black Friday’ sales times. You can get all sorts, from household items and clothing, to white goods and technology. Even courses you might wish to study are often priced down during black Friday sales.

4. One simple and basic idea is to have your hair cut less frequently. If you get a har cut every 6 weeks, book it in for 8 weeks.

5. If you can’t do your nails yourself, also leave those nails for one more week and go less frequently to get that manicure.

6. Bulk buy your groceries. These days groceries have prices marked, per unit (per gram, millilitre, etc) and it’s easy to work out which size is cheaper. Supermarkets have tried to complicate things, by making items of odd weights; like tins which are 440 grams. But take it to the one gram and you’ll see on the price ticket, which is the better buy.

7. Don’t waste groceries. If you’ve purchase it, use it. Throwing food out, is as good as throwing your money away. Buy what you need and use what you buy. This is easier to do, if you have a menu plan and stick to it.

8. Don’t buy pre-packaged food. It’s often expensive and quite often it’s not hard to make the food yourself (the flavour is better too, when you make it yourself). If it’s pre-made and in a box, or a jar, you’re going to pay extra for it.

9. When it comes to school lunches, if you find you have to buy certain items of pre-packaged food, buy large bags and separate into smaller bags. Chips are great for this. Instead of buying the 6 packs. Buy the cheaper, larger pack and separate into six freezer, or zip lock bags. Zip lock bags are a more expensive way of doing this. I like to use the cheaper freezer bags and tie the ends. If you have a number of children, this works well for a cheaper alternative snack. Cheese and crackers can also be done this way. The same can be done for sultanas, rather than the small boxes, buy one big bag. You can reuse the smaller boxes, if you want, by refilling them with sultanas from your bulk purchase.

10. If you have the space, grow your own herbs. Herbs are easy to grow and are a little pricey to purchase. You don’t need a big garden, just grow a few of your favourites.

11. Shop in a lower economic area. Usually there’s an area in your local district, which has a lower socio-economic town. These areas almost always have cheaper stores, which cater to that.

12. Buy what’s in season, or what’s on sale, at the grocery store. Don’t over buy and keep in mind, use by dates.

13. Cook in bulk and freeze the meals and you’ll save not only money (using less electricity and water to cook and clean), but you’ll also save time, pulling those meals out, when you need them.

14. Don’t use the clothes dryer, unless absolutely necessary. Whereas the dishwasher uses less water and is more efficient than hand washing, a clothes dryer, uses a lot of electricity. Hang your washing on the line.

15. Find a wholesale butcher and bulk buy your meat. This is a definite money saver.

16. Reduce all subscriptions to only one. Do you really need 3 magazines every month, or 3 social streaming networks? Perhaps you can piggy-back off someone else’s network. Often the streaming networks allow other uses. Take advantage of that.

17. Reduce and eliminate all credit card debt. Pay a little more each month, than the minimum payment. As you begin to save more, this will become easier to do.

18. Throw your gold coins into a jar and bank the money. You won’t miss it. We tend to work with what we carry and if you don’t carry it, you can’t spend it. Those gold coins can add up fast, when you use cash and not debit cards.

19. Speaking of working with what we carry – stop using debit cards. It’s too easy to lose track of what you spend. Instead, take cash out and work with that and then you’ll know exactly what you have to work with. It’s easy to forget the coffee we purchased 3 days ago and the dinner out with friends the other day and then, at the end of the week, you wonder where your money went. If you work with what you have, you’re more accountable to what you’re spending.

20. And again, speaking of working with what we carry – as soon as you get paid, transfer a few dollars into your savings account and DON’T spend it. Even if all you can manage is $5. Put it where you can’t touch it and let it mount up. You won’t miss a small amount, like $5 and you’ll work with what you carry, so you won’t need it. $5 doesn’t sound like much, but it is a place to start and you can save more later, as you reduce your debts.

21. Pay cash for your car. Once you’ve freed up your debt, keep saving what you would have been paying on debt and even if you need to start with a car not of your dreams, pay cash and buy the dream car later, when you’ve got a healthy bank balance.

22. Maintain your car. Keep services up to date. The car will last longer, if you keep it well maintained.

23. Take advantage of ‘cheaper Tuesday’ sales. Cheaper Tuesday is a way for stores to bring in extra sales, on what would otherwise be a quiet day for them. Most people shop towards the end of the week, after they get paid. Cheaper Tuesday encourages shopping in that early part of the week. Hair cuts and nails are good for cheaper Tuesday’s. If not, you can ask. Never pay full price for anything, if you can help it.

24. Try “Meatless Monday.” Once or twice a week, make a meat free meal. This will save you loads, over the course of a year. You can make soups, vegetarian dishes, and dishes with legumes, pasta and vegetables. Remember you’re buying seasonal vegetables, so this exercise won’t be futile, because you’ll have saved money, buying in season. Meatless meals can be extremely inexpensive and tasty.

25. Download a petrol app. This will show you the prices of petrol in your area and you can choose to buy at the cheaper pricing end.
26. Walk, or cycle to work and to the store, if you live close enough. Exercise, it’s great for the mind, body and soul.

27. If you do need to drive, make sure you do all your errands while you’re out. Don’t make extra trips to town, costing more petrol and wear and tear to your vehicle.

28. Purchase your larger products (TV’s, white goods, furniture), at mid and end of year sales, where you’ll have more bargaining power.

29. You can also purchase white goods seconds (meaning slightly damaged, or scratched). These seconds bring in greater discounts. If the scratch is where it won’t be seen (like a fridge that’s recessed into your wall) all the better. You’ll get the item cheap and you won’t even see the scratch.

30. Haggle the price, on everything. Most stores will give you a cash discount. 5-10% on smaller items. 15-25% on larger. And if you’re really good at haggling, you can get up to 30, 50 and even 80% off (although 80% is quite rare). If there’s an out of store sale (meaning the sale is held somewhere other than the stores location, like a pavilion or warehouse), often the owners don’t want to take the items back to the store unsold. It’s here that you’ll get your greatest discount.

31. You’ll save a lot of money if you can do home repairs yourself.

32. It can be time consuming, but use that water tank in the back yard, for your plants. Why pay for tap water, when water has been freely obtained and is sitting in the tank.

33. Be mindful of all water use. Shorter showers can save another few dollars every month. Load the dishwasher and washing machine to capacity, every load. It’s cheaper to use these items once, than more frequently.

34. If it’s not in use, turn it off. All the items in our home which run a light, or power of any kind, if you don’t need it on, turn it off and save on your electricity.

35. Put the heater/air con on a lower setting, as this won’t use as much power to run the appliance. You just need to be comfortable, not overly hot, nor cold.

36. Look for areas you can cut your spending. Can you get a cheaper phone plan, or utility and insurance? Can you wash your own car, instead of paying for it? Be wise with your money and look for ways to save.

37. Take on an extra hour/shift at work and save the extra pay. Perhaps you can mow your neighbour’s lawn, for a few extra dollars. Don’t spend the money you make. Save it.

38. Cigarettes, fine dining, gambolling, alcohol and even take-away/fast foods. Touchy topic for those who spend a lot on them. This list isn’t about cutting out all your fun. Money is actually quite flexible, once you begin to have some, and you’ll already know in your heart if you’re overspending in any of these areas. Instead of spending all your resources, give yourself a limit and stick to it.

39. We’ve all heard it before, but I’m going to say it anyway; bought lunches and coffee at work can cost a fortune, if you’re doing it every day. It doesn’t take a lot of preparation to bring your own from home. Or you could pull out one of those freezer meals you made earlier (see note no.6).

40. Op shopping doesn’t just have to be for the down and out. You can save quite a bit of money shopping for second hand clothing and used household items.

41. Reuse, recycle, revamp. It’s often a cheaper alternative and the ‘shabby-chic’ look is quite popular these days.

42. Before purchasing an item, ask yourself if you really need it. Sometimes we shop to fill a void; loneliness, or depression. Window shopping is just as much fun and if you don’t need yet another pair of shoes, or another handbag, don’t buy it.

43. If you’re finding you really do want to shop and window shopping just doesn’t cover it, try your local antique store. At least you’ll be buying something which should appreciate with time, rather than depreciate. A word of advice here though; do a little homework before you purchase and make sure you’re getting good value. Antique dealers usually have their stock at retail prices, which means you might just be paying top dollar. Research the item, before you buy it.

44. Keep holidays to an affordable budget. Later, when you have good savings, go for a more expensive holiday if you feel you have to. In the meantime, it can be quite fun to ‘rough it’ a little. Definitely don’t holiday, if you have to use the credit card to get you there.

45. Plan your outings, with budget in mind. If you are on holiday, have day trips that don’t cost a lot. Look up on line, free things to do, in the area you’re staying and this will minimise the cost of your holiday, but still give you freedom and fun things to do.

46. Some inexpensive motels have kitchenettes. Instead of having all your meals out, while on holiday, challenge yourself to cook something simple and nutritious from the kitchenette. It can be a lot of fun.

47. Try, dare I say it; camping. If you really don’t have money and really do want a holiday, camping (even glamping) is a fun and cheaper alternative, to booking rooms.

48. Once you have savings, look for the best interest rates. Try for a bank which compounds daily, rather than monthly, as the rate of return is greater.

49. While you’re putting your savings together, look for and learn ways to invest your money. You may be starting out small, but if you stick to it, you’ll eventually end up with a large account and you’ll want the best return on your money. Shares, antiques, coins and stamps, plus a myriad of other ways to invest, means you don’t need a large amount to invest, you just need to know where to invest. But, pay off all debts first and free up your cash.

50. We can spend a fortune on cleaning products, which just sit in our cupboards, taking up space. Use what you have and then purchase (usually at the hardware, for best value) one or two bulk cleaning items. It’s much cheaper to buy it this way, than all those fiddly little spray bottles from the supermarket. Bunnings hardware stores have a spray and wipe refill, which gives you ten times the amount, for almost the same price as the supermarket’s spray and wipe.

51. Shop online. By all means, price in store, but you want to take advantage of every price saving opportunity. Online shopping has become very popular and you can often bag a bargain, if you know where to look.

52. Christmas and birthdays, can show big depletions in your bank account. Set a budget, for gift buying. Start early and take advantage of sales, discounts, and bargain prices. Often, not a lot of thought goes into how much one should spend at these times and without a budget it’s easy to go over-board. Keep your budget real (affordable) and keep to the budget you set. It’s all too easy to get carried away, during gift giving seasons. Know what you want to spend and don’t go over it.

53. Do you really need a pet groomer, or can you do this yourself, even if only half the time?

54. While we’re on the topic of pets, when it comes to pet food, the cheapest isn’t always the best. Neither do you have to buy the most expensive. Do your due diligence and work out value for money. Tinned pet food, often is made up with water and biscuits can be made from mouldy rice. This isn’t so much a saving’s tip, except with diligence you might find value and minimal cost, without sacrificing the health of your dearly loved pet.

55. Read books on saving and investing and click on other internet sites, to learn other methods, which I may not have covered here. There’s plenty of ideas, floating around. Look at it as a fun challenge, rather than a boring chore and you’ll soon see dollars in the bank.

I’m sure you’ll find other ways to save, once you begin to search for them. Money is quite flexible and you can choose in what areas you’d like to save and what areas you really don’t want to change.

You may even find it fun, to accept the challenge and bring your debts and spending into line and under control.

If you follow these tips, you’ll change yours and your family’s, financial future and that’s an exciting prospect.

Your future is determined by the action you take today. Do the work. At the end of the day, are you going to say, I wish I had, or I’m glad I did?

Three Simple Steps To Success

          Three Simple Steps To Success.

We all have wishes and desires. We all have ideas we wish we could implement and do well at, however, we don’t all know how to grab hold of the abstract ideas in our head. Ideas are intangible and getting them from our mind, to a substance we can take hold of, can be a challenge.

Once you figure out what you want in life, you can then set sail on what's important. Once you have your idea, then you can make a plan and start to implement it.  And if you do it every day and don’t waiver, you will ultimately have success.

Sure, there'll be times when you're too busy, times where it appears nothing is happening and times you’ll feel like quitting, but continue whenever you can and don't let what's important slide out of your grasp.

We're all busy. We all have choices and sacrifices to make. You can't have victory, without sacrifice.

Find what you love and once you've decided what that is, persevere. Keep going until you become an expert at it, until you’ve ironed out all the kinks. Commit to taking action and you will succeed eventually.

Successful people are no smarter than you, they just keep going, in spite of how tough life gets. Successful people do what unsuccessful people don’t. They push through the hard times and don’t quit.

Life isn’t as difficult as we tend to think, but it does require work, hard work and if you’re prepared to put in the work, you will see a successful end result.

Success is quite simple really. You can do it in just 3 steps.

1. Make a plan.

2. Work the plan.

3. Don’t quit until you get there.

That’s the key to a successful life. That’s how simple it is.

Sometimes, though, things don’t go to plan. This is where the real hard work begins. Believing in yourself, while you battle through the negatives can be challenging, but it still comes down to perseverance and not giving up.

If you fail, pick yourself up and start again. If you want to win, you have to take the hard knocks and have another go. Whether it’s losing weight, giving up addiction, improving your fitness, starting a business, or whatever it is, once you start, don’t stop.

A world class athlete only gets to world number 1, by consistent effort. An athlete doesn’t become the best in the world by intermittent training. An athlete sacrifices a lot of time and effort to get to the top and that’s what you need to do.

Make a plan, put in the time and effort and don’t quit. That’s what it takes to win. To be successful you need to be the best you can be. You need to work hard and you need to learn everything you can, about the goal you wish to master and you will get there.

And one day, sometime in the near future, you too can be successful at what you do!

I know, because I’ve done it. I’ve gone from depressed, suicidal, and working at a dead-end job, to becoming a photo journalist and author.

I've lost weight, made money and am healthier and happier than I've ever been and I did it by making a plan, working the plan and not quitting during the difficult times. And I have to say, I’m glad I did.

At the end of the day, are you going to say; I wish I had? Or, I’m glad I did! At the end of the day, the choice is yours.

The Pathway to a Wealthy, Successful and Happy Life, is Truly Simple, if you Know the Rules of the Game.

The pathway to a wealthy, successful and happy life, is truly simple, if you know the rules of the game.

Risk can be a caution. Risk can also be the pathway to wealth.

What if …. Is the language of the poor. Overly cautious people never attain a lot in life. They approach life too timidly and steer away from risk and in doing so, don’t get very far. Playing it safe, they miss out on the adventures of life.

Once you discover it, you’ll find it’s all risky. Trying is risky, investing is risky, having children and driving a car is risky, but wait until you get to the end of your life and see what you’ve lost, in not taking the risk and you’ll see, not taking that risk, was also a risk.

By all means, nestle in a corner, if you want safety and security. You might well live to be 100, but is that any way to live?

Better to live a life of adventure, than safe, but huddled in the corner, don’t you think? It’s not how long we live, but how well we live, that puts the spice in our life.

Take your risks, but only after you’ve prepared yourself to win. Prepare as much as you can, and then act. At least you tried. At least you didn’t remain crouched in the corner, your whole life.

You can be ever the pessimist, if you want. Pessimism…always looking on the problematic side of life; looking at how it can’t be done, all the while trying to figure out what’s wrong and why you can’t.

Instead, think about this; Those who say they can’t and those who say they can, they’re both right.

We all look at things in different ways and in different lights. Is the glass half empty, or half full? Why are we all affected in different ways? It’s the way we think we are, that affects us most.

Poor thinking habits keep people poor. Not poor working habits. You can work hard all your life and still end up poor at the end of it.

As you think, so you become – this is a biblical phrase, as effective in the time it was written thousands of years ago, as it is today.

Poor thinking habits, includes reading the paper and watching the news, loading up on all that’s wrong in the world.

Imagine the kind of days you’ll have when you do this, when you look at all the things going wrong in the world.

If you want to be a leader, if you want to be wealthy, you need to read the right books, watch the right programs on tv and make better use of your screen time.

What a person reads, changes the fabric of their life, according to what they’re putting into their mind; murder, mayhem, or madness, versus, wealth, wellness and wonder.

If you’re consuming trash, mentally (and for that matter, physically), what you put into your internal frame, is what will show up in your external world.

To live a successful life, you need to select the right ingredients - and it starts with your thoughts.

Put the right mental food into your mind and you’ll have a good life.

It’s that simple.

It doesn’t matter where you get your “bad stuff”, it will still damage you, even if it’s by accident, or neglect. So choose wisely and carefully.

Stand guard at the door to your mind. You decide what goes into your mental factory and you get to live with the results of your choices.

Also, when you indulge in complaining, crying, whining, murmuring, you’ll have wasted your time. Each minute spent in these activities, is a minute wasted on not growing your knowledge base effectively. Not only that, you bring economic cancer into your life, in the process.

And if you don’t believe me, look at those around you. I think you’ll find those watching trashy tv shows and those learning how to invest, will be worlds apart. It’s not just coincidental.

The war is on and if you want to win the war, you have to have a battle strategy. You have to learn the rules and fight the battle in the right way, if you want to win.

Wise and careful thoughts, lead to a well lived life. It really is that simple.

Live Beyond Your Fears.

                 Live beyond your fears.

When it comes to fear, the only thing to fear about fear, is fear itself.

Once you've done the thing you fear most, you'll probably be surprised at how easy it was to overcome.

If you’re really struggling in fear, you can turn to God for help, courage and guidance and you will receive it, for He will aid you when you call to Him. It’s a promise of His, in the bible.

Interestingly; the first written words Adam of the bible spoke, were; “I heard Your voice in the garden and I was afraid,” so even way back then, fear had a hold.

Successful people are not exempt from fear, as we tend to think. Successful people are used to overriding the fear they feel.

Fear can be false and it can all be in your mind. Successful people know this and they have cues, which they employ to supersede the feelings of fear.

Fear is part of human nature. It's what keeps us from danger, but fear can and does, get blown out of proportion.

Fear can be a destructive force in your life, if you allow it to stop you from living life to its fullest. It can also be your saving grace, stopping you from attempting something dangerous. Putting the dangers aside, from reckless behaviour, we can look at other kinds of fear.

There are many things we can be fearful over; finances, relationships, parenting, health, death, career, even personal goals can cause us to feel fear.

Fear takes us captive, and weakens our resolve.

When we're fearful, we're less likely to take on new challenges. Challenge is the key to living a fulfilled life, and when fear stops us, we aren’t living up to our greatest potential.

It’s been said 'fear not' is written 366 times in the bible, one for each day of the year, including a leap year. That shows you how big fear was, even way back into the early written history of man.

Fear brings about more fear. It's like a cancer that grows and spreads. Fear can start in one area of your life and then you pick up another fear along the way and so on, until you're afraid to try any new thing whether easy or hard and you can even become fearful of things you once enjoyed.

Fear exaggerates issues and makes them appear larger and more menacing, than they really are. Fear causes you to doubt your ability and makes you feel stupid, even though you know you aren’t.

Fear causes lack of action on our part, as we contend to stay within our comfort zone and try to eliminate the stress fear could bring to our life.

Staying in fear, without looking to resolve it, causes stagnation, paralyses in our decision making and doubt in our own abilities.

Being afraid wastes energy, energy which could be put to better, more positive uses.

With fear, the problem won't go away, until you face your fear. Fear is unlikely to leave of its own accord. It puts you in a prison of your own making and often you feel defeated, before you even begin, once fear is cemented in place.

To break the hold of fear, purposely chose to move into the unknown, regardless of the fear you're feeling.

Fear disheartens and sickens, ages and depresses, if it has a hold on our life.  The opposite of fear is faith which inspires, strengthens and heals and that’s the direction you want to head.

Action is the only way you can escape fear. Have faith in yourself and step into your fear filled moments, with as much courage as you can muster (even fear filled faith, is better then letting fear win in your life).

Each fear you overcome stretches you. Once you’ve overcome fear in one area, it brings more strength and resolve to overcome fear in the next area.

Fear has no benefit. Again, we’re not talking about protective fear in dangerous situations, but irrational fear; fear from the effects of doing normal, every-day, run of the mill stuff.

Fear has no upside, it just pushes you in the wrong direction, saps your energy and immobilizes you.

You feel smaller than you actually are, when you allow fear to run your life and you sell yourself short when you accept fear. However, if you step out and overcome, you can beat fear and go on to do many wonderful and fascinating things with your life.

When you succumb to your fears, you’re beaten before you even start and it’s up to you to do what it takes to overcome fear.

I heard it said once; as a parent it’s up to you to instil confidence in your child. As an adult, it’s up to you to instil confidence in yourself. So, no excuses - roll up your sleeves and do the work, to overcome the fear in your life.

Borrow and buy books on the topic. Listen to you tube and learn how others overcame their fears. Take back your life and live beyond your fears.
